Development Team Regulations
Qualifications
Article 1: The development team consists of community members that are hired and paid by the Karma Ksana community.
Rights and Obligations
Article 2: The development team is obligated to seek out opportunities for development and maximizing profits for the Karma Ksana community.
Article 3: The development team is obligated to maintain the quality of existing products and services in the Karma Ksana community.
Article 4: The development team is obligated to actively disclose financial details such as income and expenditures.
- Article 4.1: Financial details must be disclosed at least once a month.
Article 5: The development team is obligated to publicize the progress of current developments.
Article 6: The development team's Annual Development and Maintenance Budget for the following year must be audited by community representatives.
- Article 6.1: Every year before the end of September, the Annual Development and Maintenance Budget – Version 1.0 is to be proposed by the development team and submitted to community representatives for auditing.
- Article 6.2: If the community representatives do not pass the Annual Development and Maintenance Budget – Version 1.0, the development team will propose an Annual Development and Maintenance Budget – Revised Version before the end of October of the same year and submit it to the community representatives for auditing.
- Article 6.3: If the community representatives do not pass the Annual Development and Maintenance Budget- Revised Version before the end of November of the same year, the community representatives will adjust the details of the budget and present an Annual Development and Maintenance Budget – Community Representative Version, which will be submitted to the development team for confirmation.
- Article 6.4: If the development team rejects the Annual Development and Maintenance Budget – Community Representative Version, the development team will conduct a referendum for the Annual Development and Maintenance Budget – Revised Version and the Annual Development and Maintenance Budget – Community Representative Version before the end of December of the same year. The results of the community referendum will determine the final edition to be implemented.
- Article 6.5: The approved budget is directly transferred to the account of the development team to be used in a prompt and convenient manner.
- Article 6.6: These regulations will be implemented after more than XX% of $KMK tokens have been issued.
Article 7: On the premise that a community member violates community regulations, the development team has the right to restrict and revoke the rights of the community member.
- Article 7.1: The development team must record the violations of the community member in detail and submit a report to the Community Auditing Center within ten days of the incident.
- Article 7.2: If the Community Auditing Center vetoes the development team's decision, the community member's rights will be fully restored.
